A Phase III, multicentre, randomised, open-label trial of neoadjuvant chemotherapy versus the same chemotherapy plus Herceptin in women with locally advanced HER2-positive breast cancer. A parallel cohort of patients with HER2-negative tumours received neoadjuvant chemotherapy alone.
